Terms of use

These terms govern the use of kernavia.com and the Kernavia platform (app.kernavia.com). By using them, you accept these terms.

1. The services

Kernavia provides marketing, data and consulting services, and a platform to manage e-commerce orders: WhatsApp and automated-call confirmation, shipping coordination, collections and reporting. Platform access requires an account enabled by Kernavia.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the platform in compliance with applicable law and for communications related to each store’s orders.
• Do not use it for unsolicited communications, number or identity spoofing, or unlawful purposes.
• Keep access credentials confidential.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Store responsibility

Each store is responsible for the customer data it uploads, for having a legal basis to contact its customers, and for its product, pricing and sales information.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party failures (messaging, telephony, couriers).

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design and brand belong to Kernavia. Each store’s data belongs to the store.

6. Governing law
